The unit is located in Makaha, O’ahu, Hawai’i and is about a 45-minute drive west of Honolulu International Airport.

The unit is on the fourth (top) floor of one of the condominium project’s buildings.

Military access:

The unit is not far from Camp H.M. Smith Marine Corps Base, Fort Shafter, Schofield Barracks, Kunia, Wheeler Air Force Base, Pearl Harbor Naval Station and Lualualei Naval Station.

Parking:

The rental of this unit includes one uncovered parking stall on the same level as the unit in the project’s parking structure.  Just walk from your car to your apartment without having to walk up or down stairs or take an elevator.  Some uncovered guest parking is also available at the street level adjacent to the parking structure.
 
Transportation:

Located on the City and County of Honolulu’s Express bus line.  Monthly and annual bus passes are available.  Current fees for bus passes are $40/month for adults 18 through 64 (for unlimited regular and Express Bus usage), $20/month for youths through age 17 and $10/month plus $1 per one-way trip for seniors 65 and up.  These fares are subject to change.  For more information, phone The Bus at (808) 848-4444.
